Wedding Planning Check List

This is a wedding planning list, consisting of the things to do for the final 3 days before the wedding and the day of the wedding.

3 Days before the Wedding:
• Make a list of all persons who will provide you with wedding services. Each of them should confirm that they recall your wedding and will not allow any overlaps (the driver of the limousine, hairdresser, photographer and videographer, florist, restaurant manager, cake delivery, decorating of the hall, emcee, etc.)
• Hold a stag and hen party for the groom and the bride respectively.
• Make a plan for seating guests at the wedding.
• Prepare cards with the names of the guests for seating them at the table.
• Be sure to wear your new shoes for a couple of days to feel more comfortable at your wedding.
• Check the weather forecast.
• Pack the suitcases for the honeymoon.
• The day before the wedding, make a call to all the responsible parties.

On the Day of the Wedding:
• Don’t get nervous, you will do just fine!
• Make sure that you eat in the morning!
• Do not forget the most important thing: all of the documentation needed (including the marriage license, passports, etc.) and the rings.
• Shift all the concerns to the Best Man and the Maid of Honor.
• Put together the necessities for the bride and follow this rule: it is better to put more than less.
• Ensure that all wedding party vehicles are decorated and ready to go.
• Do not forget any props needed for the wedding program. Prepare rice and flower petals to throw them at the newlyweds.

A wedding planning list may also consist of the accessories of the bride and the groom.
